Booking Policies
Reservations are available up to 60 days in advance.
LARGE PARTIES
Reservations for up to 8 guests can be made online through Toast.
For parties of 9 or more, please contact our reservations team at
Please do not make multiple smaller reservations for one large group. We cannot guarantee that separate reservations will be seated together.
A 20% gratuity is applied to parties of 8 or more, including children.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
A credit card authorization may be required for group reservations. Guests who do not arrive for their reservation may be charged $20 per person.
Plans change. If you need to cancel or adjust your reservation, please let us know as early as possible through Toast, by email or by calling 250 769 8803.
CHOOSING YOUR TABLE
When booking through Toast, you may be given the option of our Dining Room or Lounge.
The Dining Room offers a more intimate experience with traditional dining tables and window seating.
The Lounge has a livelier, more casual atmosphere, with a television visible from some tables.
Both offer beautiful views of Okanagan Lake. Specific tables and window seating cannot be guaranteed.
PATIO SEATING
Our patio is available on a first come, first served basis. Because Okanagan weather has a mind of its own, patio tables cannot be reserved or guaranteed.
If the sun is shining, come on down. We will always do our best to accommodate walk-ins.
GOOD TO KNOW
Please use the reservation notes in Toast to tell us about dietary restrictions, accessibility needs or special occasions.
Have a special or exceptional bottle you’ve been saving? Guests are welcome to bring their own wine for a $25 corkage fee per bottle.
Celebrating something special? You are welcome to bring your own cake or celebratory dessert. A $3 per person dessert service fee
Other outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Restaurant reservations do not include a wine tasting. To reserve a tasting at Mt. Boucherie Estate Winery, please visit mtboucherie.com.
