In classic Modest style, we have the most scrumptious New Years Dinner in the Valley planned just for you! Executive Chef, Dan Carkner and his team have devised the menu below to ensure the final event of 2020 is one to remember. With any luck, we will have forgotten the trials of 2020 before we cheers with gusto to 2021.
